How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

  • How long are shipping times?

Your order will be processed between 2-5 days before it is shipped after which  it will be between 8-17 business days with a maximum delivery time of 45 business days to reach your doors step. Each product at Skin Perspective has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

  •  What's your return policy?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and send along a picture, and we’ll give you your money back in full. We will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase..

  • Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

  •  What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order,if it’s wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted then simply notify us so we can organise return of the item and susequent refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
